"This was my very 1st experience with Shallowford Animal Hospital. My cat & I were treated so very cordially & with the utmost respect & professionalism. The veterinarian & staff are super animal lovers & truly care about their patients. I was very happy with their customer service. It was a very bad rainy day & one staff member asked if she could assist me carrying my BIG CAT (12 lbs) out to the car. That was so sweet of her! Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable & they have wonderful personalities. We have found a home @ Shallowford Animal Hospital.Kudos."
