"I started taking my 2 Mini Schnauzers to Shallowford Animal Hospital back in April 2020. My two pups were not even 1 & we were all caught in a major Tornado. My dogs were not injured physically, but mentally I knew they needed help. I was referred to SAH by my Aunt. It was from that moment on - we became"lifers"with SAH. We now live in Charleston, SC & I make the drive back to Chattanooga, TN for all of the grooming & required Vet appts. As soon as we walk in the door, we are greeted with the sweetest staff, smiles, lots of hello's & every single staff member knows my Dog's names! The Vet's are ABOVE & BEYOND. Every single Vet has made time to speak with me via zoom or phone. Which ever is the easiest for me - they make it work. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Perry. He spent so much time with me and one of my pups in order to make sure I was completely satisfied & understood all next steps regarding medications. Like I said, we are"LIFERS"at SAH!!!!!!"
